The mobile applications, websites, sub-domains, sites, and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") owned and operated by Lightbooks Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company, having its registered office at Plot no.1-63-3/16, Kavuri Hills, Ext Road no.36, Kakateeya Hills Rd 9, Kakatiya Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India ("Lightbooks", "us" or "we").

YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO OUR COLLECTION, USE, SHARING, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION AND INFORMATION OF AN END CUSTOMER AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR DELETE PORTIONS OF THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AT ANY TIME SUBJECT TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME, DO NOT USE ANY OF THE SERVICES OR GIVE US ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. IF YOU USE THE SERVICES ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE OR AN ENTITY (SUCH AS YOUR EMPLOYER), YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORISED BY SUCH INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY TO (I) ACCEPT THIS POLICY ON SUCH INDIVIDUAL'S OR ENTITY'S BEHALF; AND (II) CONSENT ON BEHALF OF SUCH INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY TO OUR COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF SUCH INDIVIDUAL'S OR ENTITY'S INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY.

Lightbooks will collect and process your personal and third-party data carefully, only for the purposes described in this Policy and only to the extent necessary as defined herein and within the scope of the applicable legal regulations. This Policy seeks to ensure that any personal information or third-party information handled by Lightbooks is managed in a way that is ethical, compliant and adheres to best industry practices.

Lightbooks limits the collection of Personal Information of the User and/or the End Customer to that which is necessary for its intended purpose.

Business Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual's business, including but not limited to: - Name and address of the entity - Date of incorporation - E-mail address of the entity - Contact information of the registered office - Company identification number (CIN) - Financial information including bank account details, PAN details - Names of the directors and such other information

Non-personal information means information that does not specifically identify an individual or business, but includes information from you, such as: - Browser type - URL of previous websites visited - Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Operating system and Internet Protocol (IP) address - Device information, connection information, screen resolution - Usage statistics, default communication applications - Other technology on devices used to access the Platform

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and liable for any loss due to unauthorized use of your Account.

Business Transition
In case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, Personal Information will likely be part of the transferred assets. Lightbooks shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of Information attributable to Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, wars, computer hacking, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Service and Billing Messages
We may contact you with necessary information regarding our Services, including maintenance notices, support responses, payment reminders, and material service changes.

You cannot opt-out of administrative messages, customer service responses, or transactional communications.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall exclusively be in Hyderabad, Telangana. Any disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with venue in Hyderabad, India.
